The aroma of flour, the anticipation of food, and the laughter of children intertwine within the walls of the flour windmill and its park. Nestled amidst a community graced by primary schools, a church, and communal gardens, this historic structure now breathes new life as a vibrant bakery cafe. Here, generations converge—a unique cafeteria for the young, where laughter echoes against the timeworn walls, and a serene communal space for families to share stories over warm pastries.
Project
The main entrance welcomes the guests with a visual display of freshly baked bread that triggers the sense of smell and creates a warm connection to the space.
