Modern Library & Community Hub

In response to the growing need for new residential, commercial and communal spaces in Leicester, the former industrial waterside area is set to become a vibrant cultural Centre. The Library & Community Hub project, aims to serve the local community with various amenities. These include an auditorium for cultural events, technological facilities and study spaces. Additionally, there are spaces dedicated to recreational activities for both youth and elders in the Woodgate community. Green spaces will be integrated into the design to connect the library with the biodiverse environment along the riverside, providing a social space for community gatherings.
