Bromley Wellbeing Centre proposes the new development of a new Mental Health and Wellbeing facility in partnership with the NHS as an expansion of the existing Beckenham Beacon Hospital. The project is located in Croydon Road Recreation Ground, Beckenham, Bromley. Providing support for those in the community suffering with Mental Health problems. The proposal endeavours to meet the rising demand for these services in the community.
The masterplan divides the building into three core areas:
• Treatment –Providing medical support to those suffering from a range of mental health illnesses.
• Wellness –Encouraging social contact with other occupants of the facility with various amenities.
• Relaxation –A holistic wellbeing approach benefitting from nature’s proven methods of alleviatng issues.
