Project
The proposed facility will serve as a luxury student accommodation on
the outskirt of the city centre our aim is to provide students a luxurious
and relaxed spaced as we know students become very busy like bees.
The complex will provide a new aged gym, study space with desktops,
a 24/7 café that turns to a bar, a games room and also four communal
rooms accessible for students on all floors, two of the communal rooms
act as balconies making this a home away from home allowing students
to create there own communities within the complex. Sustainability is
given priority as conventional materials such as a steel frame and masony
have been used to keep the durability of the structure aiming it to last
a long time.
Project
A red terracotta pannel finish infuesed with a red masonary
brick and inclusion an entire glazed floor gives the complex a modern
and young look making this the focal point of alfreton road bringing a
new form of life to the area and from the students themselves.
