Project
Nottingham Culinary school is a community driven educational space to teach and inspire the culture of food into Nottingham. Food is Explored through the craftsmanship of earth, fire, air and water on top of modern practices to cultivate, share and recycle. To strengthen the community from person to neighborhood, the site offers a transparent view into the life cycle and transparent view into the life cycle and treatment of what it means to process, share and deliver food; To foster a positive connection into society .
My concept involves materiality, light and transparency. This is to capture my thesis by illustrating the phenomenology of spaces through culinary practices. I blended my concept with the elements to extend the culinary practices' by duplicating the production of the craft with interior building elements.
