The Jewel Guild aims to connect and intertwine the different jewelry craft communities together forming Nottingham’s own Jewelry Quarter.
Nottingham holds a deep and rich relationship with crafts, with small community scattered around Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
A Guild is defined, by Cambridge Dictionary as “an organization of people who do the same job or have the same interests”
They create a community that oversees the practice of their craft and trade, trading, performing quality checks, sharing skills and education as well as providing a community of like-minded people.
The Jewel Guild creates a community of diverse jewellery-making craftspeople that cross-pollinate, share art and skills, educate and collaborate with each other breeding innovative and beautiful design!
